Information About Tomorrow's meet. (7/9)

July 8th

Hello Parents,

Just a few reminders for tomorrow's swim meet:

  • Thank you to all who have signed up to volunteer so far. We do have a lot of volunteer slots still open for tomorrow. Please check Swimtopia for open slots. 
  • We really appreciate all the help we have gotten thus far. We can't do all this without our wonderful parents!! 
  • Please email or text me if you have any questions about the roles. 
  • Our warm-up is at 6:45. Please try to arrive by 6:30.
  • The heat sheet for tomorrow is attached to this email. If you would like a copy for your family, please feel free to print your own. Volunteers with pertinent positions will get their copy for the meet.
  • Also attached is the athlete check-in. This is what we use to give your swimmers their events on their arms with, please do with it as you wish. There will be a couple of copies there in the morning.
