City Meet Important Information

July 16th

Good Evening, Parents,

There is a lot of important information under this. Please take the time to read it slowly, and if you have any questions, you can respond to this email or text me at (970)215-7119.

  • The pool address is 313 Tulane Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80525
  • I will have a small base camp set up inside the pool. Once I have it set up, I will inform you all specifically where it is.
  • All heat sheets and athlete check-ins are attached to this email. And I will have team copies at both sessions.
  • 11 and older
    • Friday 7/18
    • Show up at 6:45 am
    • Warm-up 7-7:20 am
    • Meet starts at 7:45 am
    • Predicted meet ending at 1 pm
  • 10 and younger
    • Saturday 7/19
    • Show up at 6:30 am
    • Warm-up 6:45-7 am
    • Meet starts at 7:45 am
    • Predicted meet ending at 1:30 pm
  • You are only required to stay for your events. Though it would be nice to stay and cheer for your fellow teammates.
  • Attached to this email is also a parent handout. It contains pertinent information about parking and other information specifically for parents.
  • On Saturday, I am still looking for a timer and a runner for 10:30 am to around 1:30 pm.

I can't wait to see the season's culmination happen this weekend.
